Best results BBQ GRILL 8 min. high heat THAW STEAKS BEFORE COOKING 1. Defrost steaks in cold water, or overnight in refrigerator, while still in vacuum-sealed pouch. Remove steaks from packaging prior to cooking. 2. Preheat barbecue on high heat. 3. Sear steaks for 1 minute per side. 4. Reduce heat and continue cooking, with lid closed, for 2 – 3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your desired level of doneness. Alternate method OVEN 10 min. 500 °F / 260 °C THAW STEAKS BEFORE COOKING 1. Defrost steaks in cold water, or overnight in refrigerator, while still in vacuum-sealed pouch. Remove steaks from packaging prior to cooking. 2. Arrange oven racks so top-most rack in 4 – 6 inches from top element. Preheat oven (500 °F / 260 °C). 3. For easy cleanup, cover pan with foil and lightly oil. 4. Place steaks on pan and broil for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your desired level of doneness. |
